Villa Brisa

Identity · Brochure · Website · Campaign · Site hoarding · Renders

A fictional development created by EIDORA to show how we take a development from start to finish. It is not a client project or a real site.

The brief

Two stepped volumes on a slope. The bay view is the main argument, but the slope makes the house hard to understand.

The approach

A graphic system of three stepped lines explains the house before you see it: terraces, slope and breeze. The website and brochure order the visit by level, and the aerial view places the scheme against the bay.

Two stepped volumes hug the slope and open their terraces to a bay, with stone at the base and glass shaded by louvres.
